We understand that there may be a question or two you might have, so we composed a list of the most commonly asked questions about our wonderful facility! Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns not listed.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 9am-8pm Tuesday through Friday, however, we are often called away for business reasons so there is a chance that someone may not always be in the office during that time, but you are more than welcome to send us a message and we will promptly return it within the week.​​​

What is your minimum and maximum allowed guests for your halls?

The minimum allowed guests for a full Banquet Hall is 125 guests while the maximum is 300.​

The minimum allowed guests for a half hall (North or South Banquet Hall) is 60 guests while the maximum 150.

The minimum guests allowed for any of the Multipurpose Rooms is 36 while depending on how many rooms are rented, the maximum is 74 for 2 rooms and 108 for 3 rooms.

Am I allowed to bring my own caterer?

Absolutely! All we ask in regard to your caterer is that they sign a waiver of liability and provide us a copy of their business license as well as a copy of liability insurance.​

Is outside alcohol permitted?

Unfortunately, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. However, we do have multiple bar packages to fit any type of event you'd like to hold in our Banquet Hall.​

May I bring homemade food?

We allow homemade food in our Warming Building, Fireside Room, and Multipurpose Rooms, so please feel free to bring food into those spaces!​

Can I substitute vendors for my event?

Packages use in-house services for food, beverage, and vending and book off of a preferred vendor list. If you are not booking a package, then outside vendors are allowed.
